Today, we were deeply moved by the powerful tribute to the unwavering strength and resilience of Ukrainian women throughout our nation's history of struggle. 

Guests were transported into a Ukrainian-inspired realm where tradition was palpable. Embroidered tablecloths, a glowing candle of remembrance, and wheat stalks echoing the Holodomor set a poignant scene. Antique towels, genuine Ukrainian costumes, and the captivating collection by Y. Melnychuk added depth to our journey. 

The heart-stirring performance by Anastasiya Revutska, "Genocide of the Ukrainian People," was a stark reminder of our past. This moment of reflection led seamlessly into the vibrant defile of Vyshyvanka. 

Present-day Ukraine was beautifully represented by a couple adorned in embroidered shirts. 

The masterful craftsmanship from Reshetylivka and other artisans was a visual treat. 

The grand finale, a dazzling White Embroidered Dress paired with recitations from Taras Shevchenko's timeless words, encapsulated hope and unity. 

The event was attended by Tiny Kox, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Didier Reynders, European Commissioner for Justice, Despina Chatzivassiliou-Tsovilis, Secretary General of PACE, members of the Parliamentary Assembly and diplomats.
