Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities Publishes the Fourth Opinion on Ukraine

On 15 March 2018 the Fourth Opinion on Ukraine of the Council of Europe Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities has been published together with the government comments.
Final recommendations resulting from current monitoring cycle will be adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe following the necessary consultations.
